My motivation to start this business was to provide the average home owner or private individual with the opportunity to do his/her own construction. As well as impact the building industry by offering and simplifying the permit process for the average home owner.

 It began 12 years ago out of a VW Jetta with a lap top and many hours of grass roots direct marketing efforts.  Today our company has proudly grown into a staff of 12 full time employees that include an engineer,master architect, and two additional architects. Our group also includes sub-contractors and many hard working individuals who help assist our team as dedicated professionals.

Because our team is composed of people that truly understand and know that our clients time is valuable, we make every viable effort to constantly keep our consumers informed during the permit process review. Our clients can also count on us at Construction Concepts Inc. to manage any work needed prior to the final approval of the specific corresponding city.

Our desire to work hard and retain positive results for our clients has kept us in business giving us the opportunity to grow.
