GET A RECENT SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY. IT WILL GIVE YOU SPECIFIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOT, SUCH AS LEGAL BOUNDARIES, EASEMENTS, WATER SURFACES, ZONING, AMONG OTHER DATA.
