The retainer will be refunded in the event the customer does not wish to use ccihouseplans for this service. The retainer will be deducted from the final price. Foundation Design is delivered in PDF format 5 business days after we have received all information needed. PRICING IS BASED ON 2,000 S.F. OR LESS BUILDING PLANS.
